Paul Knepper * 92 Biography Paul Knepper is professor of criminology in the Department of Law and Justice, Central Washington University, and visiting professor of criminology in the School of Criminal Sciences, University of Lausanne . He has co - edited several publications with Shlomo Shoham, including two volumes of Israel Studies in Criminology . Knepper and Shoham revived publication of the series in 2003, which had been founded by Shoham in the 1970 s, in response to an attempt of the Association of University Teachers in the UK to boycott Israeli academics .
