Modifying the status of the attorney general and the ministerial . 4 legal advisors, both with regard to the mode of their appointment and by stipulating that their determination that some act by the government and its agencies is unlawful would no longer be binding on the government . Each of these elements includes many additional details, some of which will be addressed in this research . What is important here is that they are all part of the overarching ambition to enable the coalition majority to rule as it sees fit, with no effective judicial oversight of legislation and with a serious weakening of judicial review of the actions of administrative bodies .
